I am a real flesh and blood middle aged woman living in Canada. I have real feelings that do get real hurt when assumptions and stereotypes are being thrown as weapons.Please respect me, one soul to an other soul, wade through my mess and chaos as I openly invite you to observe and interact with me and this part of my reality as I put my pieces back together . This is my way of showing my humanity, honestly, after a violent and traumatic experience culminating in an NDE and a 3 day coma, that I remember. Searching for support in healing and making sense of the trauma and answers about that place has brought me here. I never found the support I needed and I haven't found the answers , but maybe sharing what I experienced will help someone else who feels alone in their reality.

I'd like to share with other individuals, how to remember humanity through Being. You're welcome on this journey of self-discovery and growth as a silent companion or as an active companion. I am not perfect, I make messes and I clean them up too, I trip, but I fall forward, not a professional or even slightly tech savvy, so please excuse the learning curve I'm navigating .
